Anyways, to recover I just got the new vanilla flavor of protein. Matt chokes on the stuff (i don't get it). Everyone running or working out a lot per day needs a recovery routine. Mine is pretty simple. Workout - Protein Shake - Stretch everything out that I just worked on. Stretching and recovery period are just as important as the time you put into the workout.
Finally, might be moving the blog to it's own URL, more information on this in the coming week but hopefully move off of blogspot to my own website and turn this into more than just a fitness weight loss blog. Working on a whole schematic we'll call it of my whole journey from day 1 through present.
