Out of Gel, need to replenish. What gets me through the long workouts, the 10 miles or more? This amazing complex carb mix :). On another note, Tuesday was of course weight training again, working the arms and upper body. I can feel myself getting stronger. I actually haven't lost too much weight I think it's due to the muscle i'm putting on. The waist is slimming down and i'm at the 3rd notch of the belt and pretty soon will have to go get new jeans but, the weight has remained the same. Hopefully if I build enough muscle for the up and coming tri season i'll be able to return to Disney some day and get this damn sword out:
Legs weren't feeling the run today but setting out tomorrow morning for the normal Wednesday run with bike in the afternoon.
