Been super busy as the last week went by. Food was cheated on but workouts were not skipped. Had a few issues with the bike today but nothing too crazy. Aero bar fitting this Saturday to get ready for the upcoming tri season I can't wait. I thought I would post and update, the weight has not really shifted too much. 2 Pounds have come off overall and i'll add another picture here to the weight loss journey. Weight training is really paying off and push-ups are actually fun :).
Looking at my next marathon to run, hopefully this summer but I have to coordinate with my tri's and other priorities. Ottawa with my friend Mike? Possibly... Fun day tomorrow and hopefully some outdoor riding by this weekend. We'll see..
